Agdam Stadium and Sports Complex
Davud Farzulla is a London-based chartered architect and the founder of Archia and Magnum Projects, two multidisciplinary studios known for their design excellence and strategic project delivery. With over a decade of experience in the UK construction industry, Davud brings together a sharp architectural vision and practical expertise across residential, commercial, and civic developments.
Educated and trained in the United Kingdom, Davud’s journey began at a British boarding school where his early interest in sculpture and design laid the foundation for a career in architecture. He went on to earn both a Degree and Higher Diploma in Architecture, followed by a Master’s in History and Theory of Architecture from leading London institutions. This academic background gave him a broad and thoughtful understanding of design, rooted in both technical rigour and cultural awareness.
His early professional years were spent working on some of London’s most high-profile developments. Davud played a key role in projects such as The Glebe in Chelsea and Centre Point on Oxford Street, collaborating with top-tier designers, consultants, and contractors. These projects sharpened his ability to deliver exceptional spaces for global clients in high-demand urban contexts.
In 2017, Davud became a registered architect with both the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Architects Registration Board (ARB), cementing his credentials as a qualified practitioner in the UK. He then took on a role as project manager at a respected property consultancy, overseeing the design and construction of bespoke villas and apartments for high-net-worth individuals. This period added a valuable layer to his experience managing teams, navigating client expectations, and delivering high-end projects with precision.
In 2021, Davud launched Archia, a multidisciplinary design studio based in London and Baku. Archia was established to serve clients across both private and public sectors, offering services in architecture, interior design, project management, and urban planning. What sets Archia apart is its ability to handle projects across different scales and regions from compact private residences to large civic infrastructure.
Notable projects include the Agdam Stadium and Sports Complex, a key development in Azerbaijan, as well as conceptual work for the Ganja Football Stadium. On the private side, Archia has delivered carefully crafted interiors for property developers and exclusive homes, with an emphasis on customisation, functionality, and design integrity.

Davud leads the studio with a vision that combines creative ambition and operational discipline. He believes great design must not only be visually compelling but also functionally responsive and precisely delivered. His leadership approach merges design thinking with project management, ensuring that each project is developed with clarity, executed to standard, and tailored to the client’s goals.
Archia’s strength lies in its international outlook combined with local adaptability. Operating from London and Baku, the studio engages clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. The team collaborates with local consultants, engineers, and suppliers to ensure every project meets both global standards and local requirements.
